Description

High School Explainers are students (age 15 +) who engage visitors at exhibits, lead demonstrations, and run museum operations. Some are interested in science; all have a spark for learning new things. Explainers learn about exhibits and facilitate visitor-exhibit interactions; open and close the museum; run daily demonstrations.

Applicant Qualifications

Eligible candidates are high school students between the ages of 15 and 20 (but no older than 18 when they apply) who have basic communication skills, are curious, mature, open-minded, and eager to learn more about science, art, and perception.
