Description

The Transbay Transit Center Program is building one of the largest transit projects in the western United States. Interns will spend six weeks working with the Transbay Joint Powers Authority on projects supporting the Transbay Transit Center project. This internship offers:

• Hands-on work experience in the fields of architecture, engineering, finance and public service

• Exposure to a professional work environment

• Learn how public infrastructure projects are planned, designed and built

• Earn $14 per hour/25 hours per week

Applicant Qualifications

Local rising 11th or 12th grade high-school students who are available to work for the entire six-week period. We encourage students interested in exploring careers in architecture, engineering, finance, public service, or community outreach to apply. Prior work experience is not required.
