CSB is a one week summer program for youth ages 17-21 through CYCSF, with an emphasis on high school seniors. Participants learn about the different construction trades, soft construction skills, take a virtual job site tour, and more. Students also receive support in applying to CityBuild Academy, a pre-apprenticeship program to kick-start their career in construction. CityBuild offers students industry recognized certifications, more advanced construction skills, case management services, union networking connections, and construction tools This is an ideal career path for students who are looking for an alternative to college/university! Upon completion of the Construction Sector Bridge Program, students receive a $250 stipend.
